KUNG FU CLASSES

Have fun while getting fit at 7-Star Phoenix Shao-lin Kung Fu! 

Gain strength, balance, flexibility, stress-relief, self-defense skills, and more through the exciting and colorful Art of Shao-Lin Kung Fu!

Suitable for individuals, families, and kids ages 11 and up (younger on a case-by-case basis, with a parent or older sibling).

private training​

We offer private lessons to accommodate your busy lifestyle or if additional one-on-one training is needed. This is a great option for busy entrepreneurs and others with unique circumstances who would love to learn Kung Fu and participate in a fun and unique fitness program, but are unable to join our standard group classes.

Master Tanisha will conduct your lessons with the same material progression you would get in the group classes, while tailoring your training to fit your scheduling needs and personal goals.

Open Practice, Tai Chi, and Lower Belt (below in orange, 7.5 hours a week) are open to students of all levels with membership for our main program. 

Our Wooden Monk / Iron Bone class is also available to all levels, for an additional fee per 3-month session.
